DD Perks Anniversary and Birthday Treat

Well, well, well, friends… This is my first post from my vacation! I am currently charging my phone at Miami International Airport while I await the final leg of my trip — Miami to Rio de Janeiro! I am finally feeling relaxed about this birthday/Carnival vacation, despite the fact that I don’t speak Portugese. I am crazy tired, which is great because I am getting ready to embark on a 10-hour flight! I have my compression socks ready to go, and I am already fantasizing about the coffee I’m going to drink when I land. Which brings me to the subject of this post: DD Perks from Dunkin’ Donuts.
DD Perks have existed for an entire year now. They’re celebrating their one-year anniversary, and are encouraging you to join in on the celebration! Have you signed up? It’s actually super easy to reload and use in stores, which is great for me since I’m always on the go. They also send little alerts to your phone from their app. The alerts tell you about special promotions, double points, and other perks that are available to DD Perks users.
Believe it or not, they actually have locations in Rio! I really hope I can find one without any trouble, because I have a free drink loaded on my DD Perks for my birthday! I am so ridiculous during the month of February, since I get so many different perks for my birthday, but free coffee is definitely at the top of the list! Carnival starts in just three days, and from what I understand, I am going to need a ton of coffee! I love, love, love their iced coffee, which is what I think I’m going to pick up as soon as I find one. They always put in the perfect amount of cream and sugar for me, which makes me want it whether it’s warm or cold.
