Everything Burns: 10-Minute Workout

This is a new section on Flecks of Lex where I share workouts that target major muscle groups, and that can be done quickly with little to no equipment. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I don’t have enough time in between activities (be they work events, family functions, or volleyball games) to get a 30-minute workout in, but I have enough time to pump out a few exercises that will leave me feeling satisfied and slightly sore.

With this first post, I’ll start with some simple exercises, and we can work our way up to more challenging workouts together. Enjoy!

Equipment needed:
Stopwatch/Timer
Wall
Floor
Yoga Mat (Optional)

Everything Burns Workout 1
Wall Sits (1 minute)
Mountain Climbers (1 minute)
Plank with Shoulder Taps (1 minute for max)
Downward Dog Pushups (10 reps)
Elbow Plank (1 minute)
Bicycle Abs (1 minute)
Superman (20 reps)
Jumping Jacks (1 minute)
